January webinar: CCDC 2CcQ – a contract made for Québec

In June 2024, CCDC released a new milestone document: the CCDC 2CcQ ‘Stipulated Price Contract (Civil Code of Québec)’. This marks the first CCDC contract specifically designed to align with the Civil Code of Québec.
